GBP Foundational Package — Virtuous SEO

1. Service Description

Virtuous SEO agrees to provide a one-time Google Business Profile optimization service referred to as the GBP Foundational Package. This service includes:

  • Primary and secondary category correction
  • Complete services list with keyword optimized descriptions
  • Professional keyword rich business description
  • Products section buildout
  • Booking link connected to client website
  • Q&A seed set
  • Forward strategy for posting and ongoing growth

2. Payment

Full payment of $295 is required at the time of purchase. Work begins only after payment is confirmed and the client onboarding form is completed in full.

3. Turnaround Time

Standard delivery will be completed within 5 business days from the date the completed onboarding form is received. Turnaround time does not begin until the onboarding form is fully submitted.

Extended Turnaround Circumstances

Certain situations may require additional time beyond the standard 5 business day window. These include but are not limited to:

  • Incomplete or inaccurate information provided on the onboarding form requiring follow up
  • Google Business Profile is currently suspended or flagged at the time work begins
  • Profile requires verification or reverification before optimization can be completed
  • Google system delays or platform issues outside of Virtuous SEO's control
  • Profile has been recently created and is pending Google review

In any of these circumstances the client will be notified promptly with an explanation and a revised estimated delivery date.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Complete the onboarding form within 48 hours of purchase
  • Provide accurate and complete business information
  • Provide access to their Google Business Profile when requested or implement recommended changes upon delivery

Failure to complete the onboarding form within 48 hours may delay delivery beyond the stated turnaround window.

5. Revisions

One round of revisions is included. Revision requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after 48 hours will be considered accepted as delivered.

5a. Suspended or Flagged Profiles

If the client's Google Business Profile is found to be soft suspended, hard suspended, or flagged at any point during the optimization process the following applies:

Soft Suspension

Virtuous SEO will advise the client on the appropriate reinstatement steps. Optimization work will pause until the profile is reinstated. Delivery timeline will reset from the date reinstatement is confirmed. No additional charge will be applied for standard reinstatement guidance.

Hard Suspension

A hard suspended profile requires a formal reinstatement appeal with Google. This falls outside the scope of the GBP Foundational Package. Virtuous SEO will notify the client immediately and provide options for handling the appeal as a separate service. Work on the optimization will pause until the profile is fully reinstated.

No Refunds for Suspension Delays

Profile suspension is outside the control of Virtuous SEO and does not qualify for a refund. The client's optimization will be completed in full once the profile is accessible.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of this service no refunds will be issued once work has begun. Work begins upon receipt of the completed onboarding form. If you have questions about the service before purchasing please contact us at [email protected] or call 910-551-2006 before completing your order.

7. Results Disclaimer

Virtuous SEO will deliver a fully optimized Google Business Profile based on current best practices and available data. While optimization improves the foundation for local search visibility Virtuous SEO does not guarantee specific rankings, lead volume, or revenue outcomes. Google's algorithm is outside our control and results will vary by market, competition, and industry.

8. Intellectual Property

All optimization content created by Virtuous SEO including service descriptions, business descriptions, and Q&A sets is delivered to the client for their use upon completion. The client owns all content once delivered.

9. Communication

Primary communication will be conducted via email. Response times are within one business day Monday through Friday. Upon purchase the client will receive an automated email containing a link to the onboarding form. Please check your spam or junk folder if this email is not received within 15 minutes of purchase.

10. Limitation of Liability

Virtuous SEO's total liability for any claim arising from this service is limited to the amount paid for the service. Virtuous SEO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to lost revenue, lost leads, or business interruption.

11. Agreement

By completing your purchase and checking the agreement box on the order form you confirm that you have read and understand these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them.
