Two things to do here: Fill out the short intake form and then follow the simple instructions below to grant us temporary manager access to your GBP. Both take less than a couple of minutes total. Then we get to work.

Google Business Profile Access

To begin optimizing your local presence and ranking your business in the Top 3 Map Pack, I need "Manager" access to your Google Business Profile (GBP).

Privacy Note: As a Manager, I cannot delete your profile, add other users, or change your ownership status. You retain full control at all times.


Phase 1: Accessing Your Dashboard

  1. Open Google.com on your desktop.
  2. Ensure you are signed into the Google Account associated with your business.
  3. In the search bar, type your Business Name or simply type "my business".
  4. You will see a "Your business on Google" management menu appear above the search results.


Phase 2: Adding Virtuous SEO

  1. On the right side of the menu (next to the "Profile Strength" circle), click the three vertical dots (⋮).
  2. Select Business Profile settings from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click on People and access.
  4. Click the + Add button at the top of the pop-up window.


Phase 3: Finalizing the Invite

  1. Email address: Enter [email protected]
  2. Role: Select Manager.
  3. Invite: Click the Invite button.
